- The Organizer assumes no responsibility for any equipment or other property that could be damaged / stolen or otherwise alter its value during the competition.
- All participants take responsibility for their actions at the event. The organizer may remove an individual or team from the venue at any time if necessary for security reasons, explicit violation of the rules and general conditions for participation.
- The organizer can send emails and text messages to all players who have registered for the event with news and announcements.
- The Organizer may change the information, schedule, rules and other elements of the tournament upon prior notification.
- The organizer can share the contact details of participants and visitors with selected partners.
- All changes will be posted on the event website (http://epicenter.si).
- The organizer and all media and other sponsors and partners may publish photos and other media content of the event on their websites and other media.
- After payment of the registration fee, it cannot be refunded, unless the event is canceled. Payment is linked to one team or individual. If the team does not show up at the event, the other person may not take his place, except with the prior approval of the organizers.
- In case of a special tournament with less than 4 teams / players at the event, the organizer will not host the tournament.
- All cash prizes listed under the tournament prize are gross numbers, excluding taxes and duties that will be deducted when transferring funds to the winners. This is 25% of the amount required for the payment of personal income tax on the payment of the prize income (eg if the prize is advertised and published, € 1000 is the gross amount of the prize – € 250 of which will be paid directly by the organizer to the account) individual winner).
- In the event of a team tournament at the event, a cash prize will be paid to the company or one player, the team leader. If more than 30 days have passed since the call of the organizer (orally for the first time at the event and once via e-mail) for sending the prize payment information to the team / player, the organizer is no longer obliged to pay the prize. The organizer permits up to 30 days after the required documentation for payment of the prize has been sent.
- The total prize in the tournament depends on the number of teams involved in the respective brackets posted on the official site of the event (eg LoL: 8 teams – 900 €, 16 teams – 2000 €). If the number of teams competing in the event is less than the minimum required by the holder, the lower will be awarded to the competing teams (eg 14 teams show up for the LoL tournament, the guaranteed prize will be limited to the lower, 8 teams).
- The use of alcohol is forbidden to all participants on the day of the event under 18 years. Alcohol use is at your own risk.
